Barbara (Henze) Hollis

Barbara (Henze) Hollis '78, former Director of Development for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, knows the important role charitable planned giving can play in an overall financial plan. At Stonehill, Hollis majored in history and was a founding member of the Ames Society. She also was involved in Student Government.

In 2004, Hollis made arrangements to leave her IRA to Stonehill, providing an unrestricted future that would one day help the College continue to move forward. Hollis intends to add to this fund in the years ahead.

"The College is doing so well; it makes me proud to be an alumna. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, and I am thrilled to be able to give back so future generations of students can have that same experience. I am happy to be one of the many Planned Giving donors to Stonehill, and I hope other alumni will look at their estate plan and see how they too can make a gift to Stonehill.
